Google Assistant on JioPhone Next
Google provides Google Assistant Go for low-end devices like JioPhone Next having limited processing power (Android Go). Thats the reason Google Assistant Go works fine with a variety of internet speeds.
The Google Assistant Go app comes pre-installed on your JioPhone Next but before getting started check if you have the latest app version −
On your JioPhone Next, open Play Store and go to the Google Assistant Go page.

Click the Update button. But if you find "Installed", it means you already have the latest version of this app.
Once confirmed, you can now find answers, translate and listen with Google Assistant Go −
- On your JioPhone, either touch and hold Home button or Open Google Assistant Go
. You can also click the
icon on the home screen search bar.
- Now, Click Speak
and ask your question or say a command. For example, you can say 'Turn on the torch".
